Day Date

As I mentioned before in a previous post, date night is a staple for Zach and me. Every Monday night we have date night and try to keep it holy. :) But it was super fun having a day date with him for a change! And this was not just any date... we decided to play tourist for the day and go to Top of the Rock which is where we had our very first date! When I mentioned this to my friend, she thought it was super bold to go to Top of the Rock as a first date because it can take up so much time, haha! The truth is, we went to dinner first and Zach had secretively planned if it went well, we would finish the night at Top of the Rock. And if it didn't go well, we would call it a night after dinner, ha! Needless to say, it went amazing and ending our date at Top of the Rock was just as magical + dreamy as you can imagine. Being back again for the first time since that night was really special and sweet. We went around noon so it looked very different than it did at night, and the weather couldn't have been nicer! I wore my favorite pair of J Brand's with a lot of destruction and a pink Townsen cami from Nordstrom Rack. I don't usually wear pink, but I am a fan of this light pink tank! I love it's dainty details and feel like the girly pink color was a nice compliment to the roughness of the denim. I accessorized the look with my TopShop fringe bag, my new Forever 21 sunglasses, and wore my braided Steve Madden sandals.
